First of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the customers and the suppliers for your continued business and support. We could not have had our 15 years in business without your great cooperation and support. To celebrate our 15th anniversary, we renewed our website.

We hope that our new website helps you to find the right product for your need.

One year has just passed, as of today, since the disaster of 3.11.2011 that caused the most horrific damages ever in Japanese history. The disaster made us realize that we have installed advanced technology utilities without really understanding the risk of an unexpected error. We hereby promise this:

1. To deepen our knowledge of science itself and putting the practical technology to industry, not just repeating current technology.

2. To return to the starting point and question all that we know with regards to policy, technology and ethics, and to move forward in a caring and efficient manner.

With this in mind, we will continue to provide the test wafers that include the advanced technology to the customers all over the world.
