We AMT hereby announce that we concluded acquisition contract of fully transferring business of packaging specialist company TEG Service into AMT as a result of discussion with its CEO Shoji Matsugami.

For greater improvement of our business model as Test wafer maker which integrates every semiconductor process of Front End, Back End, TSV, Packaging, we have started discussion with TEG Service regarding business collaboration this year for integrating both companies’ advantages and reached the agreement of this business transfer.  Shoji Matsugami will be taken office as director, sales manager at AMT from 2014/9/1.
